600 × 600 photo

To make a rectangular photo square, crop it or fit it inside white margins. Adjust the crop position. A 600 × 600 output alone does not establish biometric compliance.

A few good questions.

Is my photo uploaded to a server?

No. Your image is opened, edited and compressed in your browser. The application does not send your photo or filename to a server.

Will I lose image quality?

JPG and WebP compression can lose detail. The tool searches for a high quality setting below your limit. Very small limits may require stronger compression or smaller dimensions; we show this in your result.

Exactly 200 KB, or below 200 KB?

The goal is a maximum of 200 KB. We do not add padding to inflate a smaller file. We use 1 KB = 1,000 bytes, which may differ from the KiB value displayed by some systems.

How are pixels different from KB?

Pixel dimensions describe width and height. KB describes how much storage the file uses. Images with identical pixel dimensions can have different file sizes depending on their content and compression.

Does this guarantee my application will be accepted?

No. File size, dimensions and format are checked. Photo age, face position, background and biometric rules must be checked against the institution’s own requirements.

Which files are supported?

Still JPG, PNG, WebP and browser-supported AVIF images up to 40 MB and 40 megapixels. Output is JPG, PNG or WebP. PDF, SVG, GIF, HEIC and animated images are not supported in this version.

Your photo is processed only in this browser tab. The application does not send the photo, filename or output to a server. There are no analytics cookies, ads or accounts in the application. Reloading the tab clears your work. The hosting provider may process its own access and session data when serving the site.
